Avenza designs your website first, new or a redesign of your current one, in English and Spanish. Then we connect an AI agent that answers your customers by SMS, email and WhatsApp, at night and on weekends too. Avenza serves businesses in Miami and South Florida remotely; we are headquartered in New York.

First, your website: bilingual, mobile-first, built to start conversations

Your website is the first thing we build: a bilingual, mobile-first site designed so visitors reach out. In South Florida your customers search in English and in Spanish, so the site works fully in both.

  • A new site or a redesign of the one you have.
  • Full English and Spanish versions, not a translation widget.
  • Built for phones first, where most customers find you.
  • A WhatsApp button and contact forms on every page, with messages going straight to your agent.
  • Clear pages for your services, location and hours.

Then, your AI agent on SMS, email and WhatsApp: replies, qualifies, books, hands off

A WhatsApp AI agent is an assistant that reads your customers' messages, understands what they want and replies the way your team would, without phone-tree menus. With Avenza, the same agent answers SMS, email, WhatsApp and your website chat in the customer's language, with one history per customer.

  • Answers questions about your services, hours and location.
  • Asks the questions your team would ask to see if a customer is ready to buy.
  • Books appointments, visits or calls in your Google Calendar and sends appointment reminders.
  • Logs every conversation in your CRM.
  • Hands the conversation to a person on your team when needed.

AI agent vs. menu chatbot

A menu chatbot follows fixed options ("press 1, press 2"); an AI agent understands free-form messages and replies based on context.

What to ask any provider: Do you build the website and the agent, or only one? Does it handle SMS and email, or only WhatsApp? Does it reply in Spanish and English? Who owns the number and the conversations? What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?

How we work: call, website, agent, first month free, ongoing improvement

Everything starts with a 30-minute call with Adrian Perez, founder of Avenza.

  1. 30-minute call. We talk about your business, how your customers reach you and what you need from your website.
  2. Website. We design your site, new or redesigned, in English and Spanish.
  3. Agent. We set up the agent with your business information and connect it to SMS, email, WhatsApp and your site.
  4. First month of the agent free. The agent answers your real customers, and you see every conversation.
  5. Ongoing improvement. If it works for you, the agent keeps working and we adjust it based on real conversations.

By industry

The agent adapts to how your industry sells; here is what it typically handles.

Clinics and medical offices. Answers questions about services and hours, books appointments and sends reminders.

Real estate. Qualifies each lead (area, property type, budget range) in English or Spanish and books showings with your agent.

Car dealers. Answers about available models and financing options using the information you give it, and books test drives.

Retail. Takes orders, answers about availability and follows up with customers.

Home services. Answers inquiries, collects the details you need and books the visit.

WhatsApp Business API

The agent uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) from Meta, which we set up for you, and it should only message customers who agreed to hear from you.

  • Your number: you can use your current number or a new one; we'll go over it on the call.
  • Bans: ban risk mostly comes from unofficial tools that connect WhatsApp by QR code or send bulk messages. Using the official API and following Meta's rules lowers that risk.
  • 24-hour window: when a customer messages you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. Outside that window, Meta requires approved message templates.

FAQ

Do you build the website and the agent?

Yes. We design your website first, new or a redesign, and then connect the AI agent to it and to SMS, email and WhatsApp.

Is the website bilingual?

Yes. We build full English and Spanish versions, and the agent replies in the customer's language.

Does it work with my current WhatsApp number?

You can use your current number or a new one; we'll go over it on the call.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API, and can my number get banned?

Yes, the agent uses the official API, and we set it up. Ban risk mostly comes from unofficial tools and bulk messaging; the agent follows Meta's rules.

Will it replace my staff?

No. It handles repeat questions and after-hours messages, and passes conversations that need a person to your team.

What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?

It doesn't make things up. It tells the customer someone from the team will follow up and hands over the conversation with the full history.

Does it connect to my calendar and CRM?

Yes. It books appointments in Google Calendar, sends reminders and logs conversations in your CRM. Data is used only to serve your customers and belongs to you, as do the number and the conversations.

Do you have a Miami office?

No. We serve Miami and South Florida remotely, and our headquarters is in New York.

How much does it cost? The first month of the agent is free; we cover the rest on the 30-minute call.
